First of all, we, the HCCVenture team, would like to express our deep gratitude to all of our customers, partners and users who have always trusted and accompanied us over the past time. It is your support that has helped HCCVenture make steady progress on its development journey. However, today, we are extremely regretful and heartbroken to have to send you a notice about the incident related to JLaunchpad's JLP token project - an incident that has seriously affected the interests and trust of the community that we always cherish.

Incident Background

On April 27, 2025, HCCVenture partnered with JLaunchpad to launch a public IDO event for the JLP token. We actively promoted the investment pools to our community of customers, partners, and users, with initial token prices ranging from $0.0075 to $0.0125 depending on each sale round.

The JLaunchpad project once promised to reach an all-time high (ATH) of 0.0375 USD when the token was unlocked on the Tingpad system, corresponding to a profit rate of up to 400%. We had high expectations for the potential of this project and believed that this would be an attractive investment opportunity for you. However, the reality was completely opposite: the JLP token price plummeted to 0.003x USD, equivalent to a decrease of more than 98% compared to ATH and a decrease of 10 times compared to the initial value at the time of sale.

Sincere apologies

We are truly remorseful and regretful that this incident occurred, especially when it directly affected those who trusted in the choice and introduction of HCCVenture. As a unit that always puts the interests of customers and partners first, we realize that this is a serious shortcoming in our risk assessment and management process. We did not foresee the negative fluctuations from the JLaunchpad project, and this has caused you to face unnecessary losses.

From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to sincerely apologize to every customer, every partner, and every user who has invested in JLP tokens through HCCVenture. We understand that the severe decline in the value of the token has not only caused financial losses but also shaken the trust you have placed in us over the past time. We sincerely apologize for not being able to fully protect your interests, and we truly feel sorry for making you go through this unwanted experience.

Decision to stop cooperation with JLaunchpad

To protect the long-term interests of the community and avoid similar risks in the future, HCCVenture would like to officially announce that we will stop cooperating with JLaunchpad from today. We realize that this incident is not only caused by market fluctuations but also by the lack of transparency and commitment from the partner. Therefore, we have decided to terminate this cooperation to ensure that HCCVenture's future investment activities will be built on a more reliable and secure foundation.

Remedial Plan

HCCVenture is committed to taking responsibility and making every effort to minimize damage to customers and partners affected by this incident. Specifically:

  • Financial compensation: Currently, JLP tokens have 2 unlocking rounds with 60% of the total tokens from 3 public sales rounds. To support you, HCCVenture would like to propose a compensation of 30% of the initial funding value that customers and partners have participated in the IDO. We hope that this compensation will partly compensate for the losses you have suffered.

  • Transparent support: We will provide detailed information about the compensation process and set up a direct support channel to answer any questions and ensure your rights are implemented fairly and transparently.
